The hotel is clean, staff is very pleasant. It's in an UNBEATABLE location, a short walk to Twin Rivers casino, Roger Williams Park Zoo, and a great Italian restaurant called Pizzeria Romano.

We had a minor issue with the TV signal in our room, but the staff promptly addressed it and fixed the problem. The housekeeping staff was very attentive and eager to assist during our stay. The hooks in the bathroom were stylish, though not very functional. Despite these small hiccups, we had a pleasant and comfortable experience at Courtyard.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff, including Evan and Emily at the front desk, provided exceptional customer service and made us feel welcomed throughout our stay. The rooms were spacious, with comfortable beds and modern furniture. The bathroom was clean and roomy, with tile and granite accents. We especially appreciated the refrigerator and coffee maker in the room. The hotel's indoor pool and whirlpool were also open, allowing us to relax and enjoy our stay. Additionally, the hotel's convenient location made it easy for us to explore the surrounding area. There were plenty of restaurants nearby, and we were also close to several attractions.
